Weekly Walk-Throughs

We check all plumbing, appliances, lights, and air conditioning units to ensure they are functioning properly.
Moisture and Humidity Checks
We monitor moisture and humidity levels to prevent mold and mildew.
Secure Entry Points and Manage Indoor Climate
We ensure all windows and doors are secure, adjust blinds, and manage indoor climate by setting air conditioning and fans appropriately.
General Inspections for Leaks and Damage
We inspect for leaks, insects, moisture and damage each week.
We will inspect every fixture / appliance and run all systems to verify that everything is in working order. (a/c units, faucets, showerheads, lights, fans, outlets, etc.)
This helps to ensure that water calcification will be minor and that humidity damage is avoided.
We recommend that every homeowner purchase and install a dehumidifier that runs at all times or that the air conditioning units be run on a timer on the dehumidity setting while property is vacant.
Routine Maintenance Oversight
We oversee routine maintenance tasks, including air conditioning servicing, water storage cleaning, and pest control.
Property Maintenance Checks
We conduct regular checks for mold, paint issues, and overall property maintenance to prevent any long-term damage.
Routine Maintenance
We will arrange for your AC units to be serviced, water storage “tinaco” cleaning as needed, gas tanks refilled (when applicable), filters to be changed, etc.
