From the day you close on your new property in Puerto Morelos let our experienced bilingual local team handle the logistics of setting up the basics. We can arrange for someone to set up your CFE (Electrical Service), your internet, and other utilities / services. We can also arrange for the delivery and installation of appliances and furniture. Once your new Casa is set-up, we can continue to provide monthly services to ensure that when you return to Puerto Morelos, your Casa will be just as you hoped for your next “stay-cation” in Puerto Morelos.

We are NOT interior decorators or builders and we will not be providing Airbnb or Vacation Rental Management at this time, but we can recommend amazing local companies if you want those services.
